Project Parsec was born in 1998, when a susbstantiate research about CE4 didn’t exist in Italy.
Some ufologists had a strong interest in them, but they were using methods that would drive to an impossible credit of the matter inside the academic world and, particularly, inside the psychotherapeutic one. In fact, Harvard psychiatrist John Mack’s researches and opinions have not an academic prosecution yet, due to the elusiveness of the matter and to the fact that the subjects’ witnesses - never confronted with any study regarding the elements of their unconsciuous lives – make their stories barely recognizable by the analytic way or method.
This first protocol – the only one in the world for CE4 – is maybe the way to catch other psyche matter researchers’ attention and to create a current of thought that must be practical about this theme, that regards the deep nature of human being.
In the Junghian psychology milieu ths work has been recognized as a well led one, and important as a tool for humans.

Project Parsec is in full activity and it is the only one that vouched to people, CE4 experiencers or not, for the protection of their psychological integrity.
