There are a multiple of reasons for abduction. Your brain capacity and abilities have been computed by an engineer. He found that if you had computers to do all that the brain can do, it would be a computer…the size of the state of Texas. 50 stories tall!
You have about 150,000 miles of neural network in your body. You probably only use a few hundred feet in your lifetime.
You use about .002% of your brain. What do you suppose the other 99.998% could be used for? Don’t have any idea? Someone does. Someone has come a long long way to find your uniqueness and exploit it in ways you may find “simply unbelievable”. Don’t you see your designed for greatness. Designed far greater than you imagine. Jesus put it perfectly” greater works will you do than i have done”!
Someone is just noticing that “ability, capacity, uniqueness, ? And want to use it (in various ways) via:
Limiting it (in certain lineages)
Expanding it (in certain lineages)
They often just “check on it” in many lineages. Just to see how the project is coming. You are unique… and someone knows it… whether you do or not.

Toronto -- A couple of Defense Department scientists are worried that amateur UFO chasers might trigger a close encounter with aliens.
Derrel Sims: If only one of the cases that I investigate (worldwide) is true, even in the slightest sense, then this "contact" has already happened. The real question is "Who knows" that besides the victim of the experience? It is my contention that the US Government, Brazilian Government (both, in part) know of this contact at the intelligence levels. The US and Brazilian contact is well documented and on my Internet sites (www.alienhunter.org or www.FIRSTevidence.org). Classified papers are there between the US Government and Brazil. Daniel Goldin and Warren Christopher's signatures are on the documents. Soon I will put up the rest of the story. NASA's own Farouk El -Baz (NASA geologist-primary investigator, Apollo.Director for Research for the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum and geology instructor for the Apollo astronauts states: "There have been quite a few unexplainable objects, but most interesting are those tremendously long shadows cast by enormous spires seen almost everywhere on the moon...They're much lighter in color than the surrounding mare or lava fields, which gives them an additional aura of mystery. They seem to have been constructed of different materials."
DS. It is not the non-professional UFO chasers that bother me. It is the professional ones. I mean they have really gotten the money to Chase a UFO (with our tax dollars and then classify the finds so that we pay for it but don't get it!) The US DSP (Defense Support Program Satellite System) alone should tell us all something. This system of 18 satellites are so sensitive that they can read the dial on your watch, detect mad cow disease from space and even track UFOs (AKA "Fastwalkers", in intelligence lingo).They're urging the federal government to censor any communications intended for aliens.
DS. If aliens don't exist then why all the fuss? NASA under the Extraterrestrial Exposure Law (circa 1981's) states that (ostensibly an astronaut) can be fined $5,000.00 dollars and be imprisoned and quarantined if these laws are violated.) ... my question is again. IF THERE ARE NO ALIENS THEN WHY THE LAW? SHOULD THERE BE A CONCERN? I think there is concern.
At a former Soviet bloc 7 nation conference for the study of US and SOVIETBLOCK MIL/INTEL COVER-UPS Sims was the featured speaker to present his case of cover-up. The presentation was met with a medallion for his efforts. SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative) is a system capable of doing more than shooting enemy missiles out of the air. A number of Russian Scientists figured this out quickly.
The two astrophysicists, who work at the defense research establishment in Valcartier, Quebec, made the appeal directly to the Prime Minister by e-mail. They're worried that inexperienced UFO chasers could inadvertently invite an invasion from other worlds.
DS. If one looks at the US/CANADA area from the satellites at night, the entire outline of the continent can be seen by the lighted cities. Did we think no one would notice?! No one has expressed a definition of what an "alien" might be. It seems to me, we'd better be finding out what it is that the DSP infrared/ultraviolet and visual range sensors are picking up.
Interestingly enough, I am finding physical evidence findings with these light ranges on some alleged abductees. The DSP satellite system of 18 units, 22,300 orbit miles, is designed to detect the launch of ICBM and test-band monitoring. It is primarily IR digital, multi-bandwidth, with "special" detectors. So what is a "SPECIAL EVENT SENSOR": These two sensors are quite interesting in that they are made from relatively thick-walled aluminum (and therefore are NOT alpha or beta particle detectors) and are filled with crystals. Some think that these are the sensors uniquely designed to detect "FASTWALKERS" or UFOs. If so the PROFESSIONAL UFO CHASERS are already doing the job they claim doesn't exist.
For example, they say UFO cultists could send a message through space asking extra-terrestrials to come and rule earth.
DS. If a person is not a scientist he is automatically a "cultist"? I certainly have no interest in cultists (in the intelligence community or otherwise) but IF someone could "make contact" shouldn't the government be a bit interested in the technique(s) involved. After Sims went on the Art Bell Radio show (15 million potential listeners) and spoke on this subject he obtained 180 hits on his (www.alienhunter.org) website. The hits were from NASA, CIA, NSA, ASA, and a NSA computer located in the WHITE HOUSE. It makes you wonder who is watching whom. I feel like governments should be accountable to tax payers inquires. We are paying for this secrecy. Whatever the UFO phenomena is, good, bad or something else, this kind of information belongs to the world at large. It should not belong to the US, Russia, science, or to an investigator. It is a world class issue. It is an issue that should be solved once and for all.
A spokesman for Jean Chretien says the government doesn't think that fraternizing with aliens from outer space is a problem.
DS. Does this mean that your Government is agreed to "fraternization with an alien presence" or is it strictly "tongue in cheek?
One of the scientists says his efforts to contact aliens are not related to his work at the defense department.
DS. Is this an admission that a Professional Alien Chaser is attempting human/alien contact? If so, Perhaps he should contact my team and me.

I spent over 2 years in the C.I.A. in covert ops. What I discovered about that system of thinking, is that you have to have (or use) other hats “to think with” before coming to a conclusion.
For instance: Mad cow disease: In an interview with Ron Regehr, a DSP Satillite specialist and aeronautics engineer 1997 I reported, on Art Bell, that this specialized satellite system could discover the propensity mad cow disease via one of the 3 “eyes” of the system. The particular eye is the infra red one. It can detect the heat differential of 5 degrees in one animal (like a deer or elk in the herd, or a cow for that matter in a slaughter lot) . Now this is amazing. It is also horrific that the Dsp Systems May have known this information for some time…Particualrly after looking at known infected herds in England.My question to Ron, a dear friend, was “Has the Dsp system seen a heat ratio like that in deer / elk population in the USA?

Was that detection primarily in the Colorado, Utah, Wyoming area?

This gives us the Scientific “VIEW” but it really doesn’t address the question of “How did it get here?”
The MEDICAL answer is now in progress. My friend and former police officer Ted Oliphant was the first person to show a connection to mad cow disease and other spongiforms as possible “jumpers” of species.
The Medical and the Scientific approaches have only told us “it exists, and what it does in terms of effects” it hasn’t (YET) answered the question of “why is it here”.
The intelligence Question (HAT) here is Where/Why did it get here, and what is it’s purpose?

The UFO ENIGMA is not a medical problem. The UFO ENIGMA is not a Scienfic problem. The UFO ENIGMA is not a Psychological problem.
THE UFO ENIGMA is an intelligence problem. Since the big questions are “why are they here, and Why are they deceptive” the science, the medical field, and the psychological field will never be able to answer fully those questions. The primary reason is “the evidence you find will often be elusive, spoon fed to you, misidentified, misinterpreted, categorized in ways that are not “what it is” but what it is “allowed”.
If my Thesis is correct. Then what we have is not a med/psych/sci problem, but an intelligence agency problem.
Why do you think the CIA was started in ? Why do you think the NSA (8 times the CIA) was started in 1947?
All were directly after WWII and immediately after “the 509th Atomic bomb wing’s reporting of a downed ‘flying saucer”.
